Singamajigs - Must Have Christmas Gift 2010
Singamajigs are a remake of the teddy bear we know and love.
In the movies, this year we have seen a lot of remakes of the classics.
The toy industry is trying to do the same this year.
It's hard to predict whether this is the must have toy. The best way to predict is by using toy professional--kids.
And the kids in the store loved them.
I decided to pick them up, because if the kids the store loved them, my girl with absolutely be thrilled with them.
When you first look at them you're kinda surprised at small they are.
It sort of dials up the cuteness factor to 11. When you start playing with them you notice they look like a teddy bear with fancy colors. With every press of their bellies, it sort of brings happiness, laughter, and excitement. It so much fun when you start playing with them together.
Some people have said there is no educational value. However, kids can use learn to keep a basic music rhythm and learn to keep a beat with these singing bears.
Each and every color bear looks different and sounds different.
Thus, when you bring them together you can create different songs.
Each also has their own song. My favorite song is Skip to My Loo by the pink Singamajig. The way the mouth opens is so realistic.
I'm not sure how it works but somehow pressing the belly makes the lips open and depending on the pressure you use, the lips will open wider.
The bears do run on 2 batteries which are included. You have to open up the back to expose the battery.
I have not tested it long enough to see how long the batteries last. I think that with the Singamajigs Fisher-Price has reinvented the teddy bear.
This new teddy bear is fresh and hip and it sings too.
